The display group is divided in two equal sections: DownStream and UpStream. Both sections work fully independant, once the active button is
pressed of course. The top displays show the actual, realtime Kilobits per second readings. The bottom displays show the average speed, that is, the average of the last 32 measurements. If there are not yet 32 values
available, ICB will start with the first two and works up from there. When the Average Lock button is showing a closed lock, the averages will not be reset if the datastreams are paused or idle for a longer time. If the button is showing a open lock, the average values will be reset after 5 seconds of inactivity of
